Laser Cut Projects
A laser cutter/engraver, when told to traverse along an x and y axis, can create wonderful objects. I have designed dozens of light fixtures that utilize a variety of materials. When stained and the lighting hardware installed, we now enjoy them over the dining room table, over the kitchen island, and in the entry.

Luxury View Home
Overlooking a beautiful canyon in West Valley of Yakima, WA is a dozen lots. Working with the listing agency, I have developed several homes befitting of the view and location.
This plan features two on-suites and a basement with two more bedrooms and a bath. Exterior textures meld into the local geography with a desert scape landscape envisioned.
This plan on one of these lots is available for construction.

NEW HOME DESIGN
Most projects start with a sketch on the back of a napkin. But before we talk about the design process, let me give you a quick example of how a couple from California and I worked together on their new home.
They found a beautiful view lot overlooking much of Yakima, Washington. Coming from California, they came to enjoy the 'Spanish Revival' style of home- stucco w/red brick tile and dark trim elements, etc. And they wanted a stand-alone casita- very important to them. Together, we collaborated and developed a great home design that melds their design preferences with the upsloping view lot they purchased.
